We are offering a professional and experimented Chef coming in your house to share their expertise. We will bring a high quality experience to your house and we make it approachable for everyone.
We will share work techniques, skills, tips, culinary history and answering all your questions. We will show you how to use at the most your kitchen equipment.
We are offering different type of courses: one to one, small group, team building, demonstration.

I have been a Pastry Chef for 15 years. Originally from France, I learnt all the basic recipes and skills by working in different regions in France. I did a diplomas specialise in chocolate work and sweet making, and participated at few contest chocolate showpieces, candy and cake.
I did a Bakery internship in Norway to gained greater experience and technical skills about dough.
I worked for almost three years in New York, with some of the best Chefs and Pastry Chefs. I was working for fine Hotels, Cafe, Shops, Wholesale, Restaurants, Catering, Consulting. I participated at demonstrations for culinary shows.
I moved to Australia to work for the Park Hyatt, one of the best five stars hotel in Sydney. It was a new experience where I discovered new flavours, to extend my creativity.
It has been for years that New Zealand it's my new home. Since I arrived, I worked for Hotel, Catering and Restaurant. Bringing my expertise and knowledges, I have been creating desserts, cakes, tarts, gateaux matching the New Zealand palette.
I started teaching two years ago for community college and culinary schools, I wanted to share my experiences with everyone. Patisserie it's an art where everyone can express their creativity and share it with people they love.
